We'll explore different ways to build a supportive network, such as seeking out like-minded individuals, joining clubs or groups, and utilizing social media and online platforms.
And finally, we'll delve into the role of self-reflection and self-awareness in identifying negative influences and determining the types of people we want to have in our lives. By examining our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and understanding our own emotions, motivations, and tendencies, we can gain a better understanding of ourselves and the impact that different people and situations have on our lives.
