Welcome to Season 6, Episode 9 of Mads World: Swipe Left, Swipe Right! A Tinder Bio Game with Lousie Jane.
I am so excited for this episode because after 18 months of begging, I am finally joined by my Aussie bestie Louise, to play a game of Swipe Left, Swipe Right:. This is something we invented to help contextualise the best and worst and worst of dating app bios, to help people out there make better choices on their dating apps.
Louise and I met 17 years ago which is wild to me, we grew up together and have travelled all over the world together. She actually sounds a lot like me in this episode so apologies if you find it hard to tell us apart at times. I bloody love this woman and this episode is one of my all time faves, I was in tears trying to edit this.
Submit your dating questions through madsworld.mp3, and my guests and I will answer them on the show in our Left On Read segment! You will remain anonymous.

Block, Delete, Move On: Trolls, Holes and Gender Roles with La La La, Let Me Explain
Say hello to the Season 6 Finale of Mads World! Block, Delete, Move On: Trolls, Holes and Gender Roles with La La La, Let Me Explain.
For the season finale, I am over the moon to be joined by anonymous relationship expert, author and voice of reason: La La La, Let Me Explain. Layla is a single mother of 1, and her blog has blown up over the last 5 years. Consisting of experiences with dating, relationships, and situationships with fuckboys, the blog aims to educate and empower other women, helping them to live a fuckboy free life.
Layla has qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Sexual Health, and Sociology and she has spent her career working in the public and voluntary sector helping people to work through, or leave, fucked up relationships, to change negative patterns of behaviour, and to develop self-love and good self-esteem.
Her Instagram page which has amassed over 215,000 followers, has become a supportive community of women sharing their stories and realising they aren't alone. The embarrassing and humiliating feelings that women experience following terrible situations with men have allowed people who she inspires to bond over their stories.
We chat about online trolling, how her work as a social worker has shaped her recent career, the pros and cons of anonymity, and her thoughts on the rise of reality TV celebrities, mental health, and dating shows.
