This week, Mal is joined by her friend Sierra to discuss toxic relationships: the signs, the patterns, and what to do if you think you might be in one. It was Sierra's first relationship with a woman that forced her to examine her past, and which brought up repressed memories of Childhood Sexual Assault (CSA). This revelation led to years of healing work and therapy, and Sierra found herself in various unhealthy romantic relationships throughout that challenging time. Sierra shares what she learnt during that time and reminds us that we all deserve a happy ending, no matter the circumstances we came from.
