Live and Learn. We are Only Human

Hello Loungers and welcome back. Hope everyone listening is in great spirits and energy. Sunday was Mental Health Day and speaking of As of late things Life can throw curveballs and I certainly had to experience a lesson in can't trust just anybody. It triggers me and is a way of reliving a trauma/painful experience. I also turn the coin and express how I too can cause hurt and am transparent how I hurt a damn great friend. Life in adulthood is a bitch isn't it? I am not proud of these things but I decided to talk about it and it's my way of therapy. You see were all human. We can create much joy and manifest pain. Its a balance some more than others. Rewriting my narrative and changed behavior, changed energy and evolution is what I seek and speak into this world. This episode is a verbal Diary.
