They talk about everything from music to TV and from pitching to broadcasting. More specifically, Mr. Cone discusses the differences between playing for the wild Mets of the late 80s and the buttoned up mid-late '90s Yankees, he talks about the loss in the 1995 Division Series, his perfect game, his best moment, and much more. They even discuss the possibility of power pitchers hitting the 105 mph mark in the not-so-distant future and ways to possible speed up the game.
