The Carolina Panthers offense hit rock bottom during a 16-13 loss to the Chicago Bears on Thursday Night Football. At 1-8, Frank Reich and his coaching staff are heading into a final eight-game stretch that will determine their futures in Carolina. While Reich ruled out making staff changes he didn't rule out taking back playcalling duties from Thomas Brown as the team has scored two offensive touchdowns in Brown's three games as the play-caller. Julian Council discusses the possibility of more changes on offense.

Bryce Young appeared to turn the corner in a walk-off win vs the Houston Texans in Week 8 but since then has had two straight rough outings. Julian explains why Young's development in the final eight games will determine the future of Frank Reich in Carolina.

While the Carolina Panthers have made additions to multiple positions of need this offseason, tight end remains the lone position to not be properly address. Now, with the NFL Draft just over a week away, will the Panthers finally add to a lackluster position group?

The first thing the Panthers will have to ask themselves is whether Tommy Tremble, heading into the final year of his rookie deal, can show that he's a true TE1 at the NFL level. If not, does that mean it's time to find someone who can upgrade the position group?

The top tight end in the draft is Georgia's Brock Bowers. Bowers was an All-American at UGA and helped lead the Bulldogs to back-to-back national championships. Those accolades now have Bowers projected to be a top 10 pick. Is it worth it for the Panthers to trade up for Bowers? Or is there another player available in Day 2 who can address their needs?
