The spring transfer portal window opened on April 16th and now players across the country have until the end of the month to decide if they want to stay or leave from their current team before the 2024 season kicks off. The college football transfer portal is open for another week and while LSU continues to look around the portal to add talent and depth at positions of need, players currently on the roster continue to enter the transfer portal as well. Plus, the LSU Gymnastics team won its first ever national championship in program history topping California, Utah, and Florida in the national championship in Fort Worth, Texas over the weekend. Led by veterans Haleigh Bryant and Aleah Finnegan, the Tigers notched a 198.225 overall score. It was Finnegan's heroics on beam to close out the competition that turned the Tigers championship dreams into a reality but the contributions across the entire roster that brought the team it's first ever title.
