Living with Loss

Send us a text

2020 is a year that will be remembered for all the wrong reasons. It was a year that offered so little but caused so much hurt, divide and pain.
In this chat, once again I'm joined by Olivia (The Big Grief), this chat is a reflection of the past year.
We look at how grief evolved and development during a pandemic,
how the prolonged period of isolation impacted our mental states and a reminder of how far we have come in this last year.
Thanks for being part of the living with loss podcast journey

EP 11. I miss her every single day: family edition

Send us a text

Today I'm joined by the family don herself, my Nana Susan.
This was a conversation I was quite apprehensive for, primarily because the very nature of our circumstances are identical. And usually, an intense discussion with a family member is something I'd shut myself down for.
But I found it to be a truly delightful chat, one that definitely brought us closer together.
The hardest of conversations can often be the most rewarding.
