Living and Leading with Emotional Intelligence

This marks the FIRST week of the new format for the Living and Leading with Emotional Intelligence Podcast!
Today, is Inside The EQ Deficiency, where I will share, and expand upon, a short excerpt from my book. I make a very bold clam that emotional intelligence and compassion can solve the vast majority of the people problems that we face today.
I'm excited to announce we'll be doing DAILY podcast releases moving forward. Each day of the week will have its own unique theme:
Mondays: Mindful Mentions - where I will highlight a person, book, organization, or topic that is top of mind for me that week, and one that I believing is worth sharing.
Tuesdays: Q&A with Brittney - you ask me questions and I answer them on the podcast. You can send me your questions by texting +1 980-677-1437. Additional question guidelines and information can be found below under Q&A guidelines.
Wednesdays: Parenting with Emotional Intelligence - I will provide you with practical strategies and insight on how to parent with emotional intelligence and its benefits to you, your family, and the success and well-being of your child.
Thursdays: Throwbacks - I will share with you stories and lessons learned from my past, prior to developing my emotional intelligence.
Fridays: Fact Filled - I'll share interesting facts and stats about things related to emotional intelligence.
Saturday: Inside The EQ Deficiency - you'll get an inside look at my book through short excerpts and casual thoughts around the reading.
Sunday: Quote of the week - start your week of with an insightful or inspiration quote to chew on.
Q&A guidelines:

  • Questions must be relevant to emotional intelligence or communication.
  • I can not guarantee that all questions submitted will be selected for the podcast.
  • If you submit a question someone else has already submitted, it will not be read.
  • If you'd like to remain anonymous please submit your question without your name.
