In episode twelve the guys discuss the still unknown killer that shook the Whitechapel area in London in the fall of 1888. A mysterious man was brutally murdering women. He was named Jack the Ripper. We still call him this to this day, as no one was ever proven guilty or even arrested. In early 2025, DNA evidence showing a probable attacker came to light. The guys touch on this, as well as, their own beliefs about the Ripper’s identity. A little history lesson, a little graphic butchery - this episode is a bit grisly, but packed with the guys' dark humor and satire.

The Bystander Effect is a psychologically curious happening that has occurred throughout history and still today when people witnessing an emergency, crime, or person being harmed or in distress, do nothing to help or to help stop it. There are many documented occurrences where bystanders could have helped, but did not. One of the more famous cases is a murder that took place in 1964 in Queens, New York. The victim was young woman named Kitty Genovese. Here is the story of her murder.
