MOAL is a UK-based photographer & musician with a love for all things art. He first picked up a camera in June 2020 and quickly developed his unique self-taught style and aesthetic.
His influences are not from other photographers but from the musicians and fashion designers he adores - Björk, Rick Owens, Sigur Rós, Ann Demeulemeester, and Jeff Buckley, to name a few.
"My pictures are always based on stories; writing narratives through the lens is what I have grown to love. Taking the shot is only half the process; it's the intricacies and delicacies of editing that I fully realize my vision. I encourage you to see the image and create your narratives about how they make you feel; after all, there is no truer lens than your own eye".
