Paper Prototypes: Blessing or a Curse? (w/ Top 8 Women in Tech, Miriam Isaac)
07/30/19 • 35 min
On this week's episode I have Miriam Isaac. She is a Senior Product Designer, also voted one of the top 18 designer instagrams to follow in 2019, voted Top 8 Women in Tech, and has worked for Fortune 200 companies.
Our conversation started as a back and forth on instagram when I posted what I call a "Designer Quick Rant" and I...in so many words, said that I thought a particular video of a paper prototype was "an egregious waste of time." Well, Miriam thought otherwise. And I wanted to continue our civil discourse, so here we are today. We also talk about other UX Design related things, so it's not all debate, people! ;)

My guest this week is Ioana Teleanu. Designer, and creator of @uxgoodies on instagram. If you are a designer and don't yet follow her account--I definitely recommend it. On today's episode Ioana and I discuss two main topics: 1.) Everyone, with the right tenacity and mentality, can become a UX Designer. And, 2.) The representation of women in the UX design industry.
