Grief and the Path to Healing with Beth Luwandi
06/27/22 • 43 min
Most of us have not been taught how to grieve. This is a great conversation with Beth about taking care of yourself around your loss, avoidance of the pain, and changing our coping mechanisms.
My favorite quote from Beth:
"We are made to heal"
In this episode, we talk about:
- Why it is so important to do the work around loss
- Approaches outside the common "talking to friends"
- Types of loss
- What people can expect after they do the work
- Normalizing the process
- Learning to grieve and gaining perspective
Beth is a success coach and licensed professional counselor, specializing in relationships and healing after loss. She loves working with mid-life women who are ready to break old patterns and find more satisfaction and purpose.
