It's extremely important to allow yourself to have space and time to feel the feelings, work through them and learn healthy coping methods. In this episode, my guest, Tracey Swainson shares her personal story of multiple miscarriages and how she learned to heal from them. Tracey is an intuitive grief mentor and energy healer. Her work aims to increase awareness of the grief healing journey and to hold space for the emotional and spiritual well-being of those ready to make peace with their unresolved grief. It was her own healing journey of multiple miscarriages that fully birthed her sacred work. When we experience trauma in our lives, we often get trapped without realizing it.
It hurts my heart to meet women in their 20s through 90s who've never released the traumas in their lives and many are deeply depressed by emotions and secrets.
Many never had safe spaces to share those secrets and had to bury them and live trapped by them. Sadly, often those beautiful women are buried with their secrets. But not anymore!!!!
I hope to bring you my own experiences as well as guests willing to share to theirs to help others heal. You are worthy of healing and love!
