Haili shares how she started freelancing and the ups and downs of her own Mompreneur journey. After niching into podcasting, she realized to grow her business and not burnout in the process she needed to bring on a team member.

She has been working as a podcast manager for almost 4 years and has worked on 50+ different podcasts.
