The Biden administration wants the Federal Trade Commission to investigate if price gouging is causing increased gas prices. Seriously? Joe, you caused the gas prices. You put in so many new regulations you are in the way of production. You are the problem. Was yesterday's sale of the last of the oil drilling leases in the Gulf of Mexico your way of admitting that?

Disney Cruise Line is demanding that everyone 5 years old and up to be vaccinated, while the governor of New Mexico now says that you are not vaccinated unless you've had all the boosters too.

Meanwhile, the OSHA vaccine mandate is on hold but Senate Republicans are attempting to use the Congressional Review Act to make it go away. The Senate Republicans need just one Democrat to vote for the Review. Everyone, just shut up and get vaccinated.

The militarization of the federal government should be a red flag.

Back in 2015, the Department of Justice reported that there were 40 federal agencies with more than 100,000 officers authorized to carry guns.

So, while the federal government is making it more difficult for you to buy firearms and trying to restrict what types of firearms you're allowed to buy, they are arming themselves.

Including the Department of Education, which bought firearms as far back as 2010. I thought schools were gun-free zones. So why does the Department of Education need guns?

Ask yourself one question. When in history has a government become more militant while disarming citizens?

Here is something that might actually stop mass shootings.

Every time some psychopath goes out and shoots multiple people, half of the country screams for more gun control.

I have some questions.

How is it that so many of the mass shooters have had multiple encounters with police and/or the FBI yet still get the guns to commit these horrible crimes?

Maybe we need to enforce lying on the background check paperwork. That is a felony that is rarely prosecuted.

Is there any oversight for companies and groups that are required to report to the National Instant Background Check System?

Maybe antipsychotic medication should be a disqualifying condition for gun ownership.

In short, rather than making it more difficult for law-abiding citizens to exercise their second amendment rights, how about we focus on psychopath control?

Resident Biden had his third press conference yesterday. Let's start there. Every other president of the 20th and 21st century held more press conferences in their first year of office. For some reason, Biden also has yet to hold a prime-time press conference. What is the Biden administration hiding?

One thing Biden said yesterday was that this year's midterm election will not be fair unless the Democrats' voter reform gets passed. Well Joe, elections will never be secure again if your election reform does pass. Unsecured drop boxes, removal of all ID requirements, and universal mail-in voting are just a few of the attacks to election integrity the Democrats are pushing.
