Everything you do on a daily basis (sitting, standing, cleaning, cooking).
And finally, how does this affect our progress/goals? THIS IS SO IMPORTANT!
Tracking and consistently hitting our NEAT will help us to hit our goals faster and will also help us to better sustain our progress-- all while allowing us to better utilize our food intake!
Movement + Consistency = the key to progress.
