Today I have a short podcast for you that has some tips for talking to a motivated seller. So many people are filled with anxiety at the very thought of talking to sellers.
Here's the thing ... you don't have to be a brand new investor to feel this way.
I know seasoned investors that spend big bucks to send out a direct mail campaign then never answer their phone.
Crazy right?
Like Nike says... you have to "just do it". Practice really does make perfect in this case.
