Connecting Deeply with Your Visions and Unlock Your Potential with: Faisal Ensaun
What is your personal standard of development? How do you measure progress? What standards do you hold yourself accountable to, and how have these translated into your personal growth? Whether you're at the top of an organization or looking to grow as a leader, these are questions you must regularly ask yourself.
Engaged employees play a key role in achieving team success. A recent study found that engaged employees outperform those in low-performing teams by more than 200%. They are also more likely to go above and beyond to ensure their team's success.
To foster this engagement, consider investing in employee engagement initiatives, such as training and personal career development. While it may be a long-term investment, the rewards can be substantial over time.
Additionally, a Gallup study revealed that businesses with high employee engagement experience 21% higher profitability. This highlights the importance of investing in employee engagement initiatives, which enhance team performance and significantly impact a company's bottom line.
For Faisal Ensaun, as an immigrant from war-torn Afghanistan, I have faced immense challenges, including overcoming addiction and periods of deep personal despair. Today, I stand as a beacon of success, fulfillment, and purpose, reaching heights that seemed unimaginable in my childhood. Throughout my career, I have coached over 2,000 individuals from diverse backgrounds—from students and stay-at-home parents to CEOs and multimillionaires. I have been certified in high-performance coaching since 2015 and business coaching since 2022. I have made profound impacts through both one-on-one sessions and group workshops. I regularly appear on podcasts and events, inspiring participants to connect deeply with their visions and unlock their potential.
I co-founded the Coaching Mastery Community to empower other coaches to refine their skills and expand their practices. I also lead the CMI Coaching and Mentoring Mastermind for multifamily investors and entrepreneurs, providing weekly sessions on high performance, personal development, and investing. I am a devoted father to two beautiful daughters and the husband of a successful coach who has been my rock. I enjoy camping and traveling the world with my family when not coaching. Whether in our motorhome or by plane, ship, or train, I cherish connecting with nature and meeting people committed to making a positive impact.
As a community leader, I am dedicated to helping the younger generation achieve more than we ever did. I aim to lead a life worth living and support my family and community in their continued growth. I am driven to help those seeking to understand themselves and their potential, aiding them in creating better lives, raising stronger families, and building thriving organizations to create a better world for ourselves and future generations.
