Kevin Hancock is the managing owner and Chairman of Hancock Lumber Company, one of America's oldest family businesses. Established in 1848, the company is led by Kevin and employs 720 people across its 11 lumberyards, 4 sawmills, a truss manufacturing facility, and timberlands in Maine and New Hampshire. Hancock Lumber has received numerous accolades, including the 'Best Places to Work in Maine' award nine times, the Maine Family Business of the Year Award, the Governor's Award for Business Excellence, the ProSales National Dealer of the Year Award, and the Maine Retailer of the Year Award.

Kevin Hancock has held leadership positions in various organizations, including the Northeastern Retail Lumber Association, the National Lumber & Building Material Dealers Association, and the Bridgton Academy Board of Trustees. He has also served on the Board of Directors for companies such as Hussey Seating Corporation in Maine, the Seneca Sawmill Corporation in Oregon, and the Maine Indian Tribal State Commission.

In addition to his business ventures, Kevin is an accomplished author. He has written three books: "Not For Sale: Finding Center in the Land of Crazy Horse," "The Seventh Power: One CEO's Journey into the Business of Shared Leadership," and "48 Whispers from Pine Ridge and the Northern Plains." These books explore topics such as finding personal center, shared leadership, and the experiences he has had during his visits to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

Kevin also collaborates with the executive coaching firm SSCA to offer senior management training programs focused on shared leadership, dispersed power, and deep employee engagement. His advocacy for listening, empowering, and shared leadership extends to both businesses and communities.

Kevin Hancock is a graduate of Bowdoin College and resides in Maine with his wife Alison. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with several awards, including the Ed Muskie 'Access to Justice' Award, the Habitat for Humanity 'Spirit of Humanity' Award, the Maine Development Foundation 'Ken Curtis Leadership Award,' and the Maine Basketball Hall of Fame 'Directors Award.'

Jeff Salzenstein is a renowned keynote speaker and performance coach who focuses on helping CEOs, executive teams, and management teams achieve peak performance even in challenging circumstances. He has a rich background in tennis, having been the top-ranked singles player and team captain at Stanford University, leading them to consecutive NCAA national championships in the 1990s. Despite facing significant setbacks due to surgeries, Jeff broke into the top 100 in the world tennis rankings at the age of 30. He has competed against legendary tennis players such as Pete Sampras, Michael Chang, Andy Roddick, and Roger Federer.
Jeff shares valuable insights and practical strategies used by elite athletes to optimize performance. His passion lies in imparting proven principles and techniques that enable leaders and organizations to adopt a growth mindset, overcome limiting beliefs, master communication, manage stress, develop healthy habits, and more. Jeff's remarkable achievements in tennis have earned him a place in the Colorado Tennis Hall of Fame, and he has set unprecedented records as a player in both amateur and professional levels.
During his junior career, Jeff consistently ranked as the number one player in Colorado and the Intermountain section of the USTA from 1983 to 1991. He also achieved high national rankings, including a top 5 ranking as a 16 and 18-year-old, and received five National Sportsmanship Awards. At Stanford University, Jeff excelled academically and athletically, earning an athletic scholarship and All-American recognition in his junior and senior years. He was also a semifinalist in the NCAA singles championship in 1995.
After graduating from Stanford with a degree in economics in 1996, Jeff turned professional and joined the ATP Tour. Throughout his career, he participated in all four major tennis tournaments and climbed the ATP rankings. In 1997, Jeff was honored as the Rookie of the Year by Tennis Week magazine, and he played a televised match against Michael Chang at the 1997 U.S. Open. He reached a career milestone in 2004 by breaking into the top 100 ATP rankings and becoming the 10th ranked American player at that time.
In 2007, Jeff transitioned from professional tennis to become a high-performance tennis coach. He launched Tennis Evolution, an online tennis instruction platform that has positively impacted millions of players and coaches worldwide. Jeff has also contributed as a bestselling author to the book "The Ultimate Success Guide" with Brian Tracy. Currently residing in Denver, Colorado, he enjoys road biking, supporting the Denver Broncos and Denver Nuggets, and traveling.
