All You Have To Do Is Not Quit!
05/21/22 • 7 min
There's a show I love on the History Channel called Alone.
It follows the self-documented (they're each given a bunch of camera gear) struggles of 10 individuals as they survive alone in the remote wilderness - for as long as possible - with limited survival equipment.
Except for periodic medical check-ins, the participants are isolated from each other and all other humans.
It's incredible what simply "outlasting" your competition can do for your life. The power of just not quitting is enough.
If you like this episode, please consider rating and reviewing the podcast on Apple Podcasts! This helps to get the message out to more people just like you. And be sure to click the "Follow" button to get notified of updates.
Also, I'm hosting a free workshop that will show you how to further coach yourself through any of life's challenges. Check it out here.

Be Careful Using These Four Words!
Eeep!
Whenever I hear one of these four words coming out of my mouth (or someone else's), I feel like an inner "ding!"
Our language matters because it reflects what's going on in our minds. Conscious use of these words can lead to an awakening (and save you therapy)!
