Heather has published 7 books and over 110 peer-reviewed scientific articles. She frequently appears on podcasts and her work has been featured in magazines such as SELF, Real Simple, Women’s World, O The Oprah Magazine, and dozens more as well as in news publications such as The Times London and The Chicago Tribune.
Even with her vast education on wellness, Heather’s outlook shifted when her eldest son was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2018. She was forced to rediscover what it means to live a healthy, happy life for her family. Her journey is captured in her No. 1 new release book, Invisible Illness, a guide to reducing overwhelm and achieving optimal health while living with an autoimmune disease. Through eye-opening research and personal stories, Heather provides science-backed solutions, simple health tips, and nutritious recipes that everyone can use on their wellness journey.

This EP features Devan McConnell. Devan is currently the High- high-performance director with the Arizona Coyotes of the National Hockey League.
In this role, Devan oversees all aspects of the performance department, including sports science, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and reconditioning. He handles much of the day-to-day applied sports science integration while managing the vision and direction of the performance development of all players in the Coyotes organization.
Before joining the Coyotes, Devan was the Director of Performance Science and Reconditioning with the New Jersey Devils and prior to his appointment in New Jersey, he was the Head of Hockey Performance and Sport Science at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2011-2019.
Devan also served as the Sports Performance Coordinator at Stanford University from 2008-11. He worked closely with the women's basketball team, along with men's and women's volleyball, all of which were regulars in the NCAA Tournament.
Originally from Lake Stevens, Washington, he now lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife Erica, and his two kids, Finnegan and Dublin
