Rebirthing Your New Identity & Stepping Into A Higher Frequency Version of You

The point of Rebirth and Spiritual Awakenings is to awaken yourself to a Higher Frequency Identity.
To shed layers of your Identity that are no longer in alignment with your Highest Self - including people, careers, beliefs, patterns, behaviours, ways of being.
Whatever is stagnant, toxic or misaligned for your Highest Self cannot stay in your Energy when you are rebirthing yourself.
You are asked to release everything attached to that “old” version of you.
The very Identity that has become too constricting for you.
But on the other side of the Rebirth is the Freedom, the Expansion, the Limitless Expansion your Soul has been craving for.
To be.
To be you.
Authentically, unapologetically and divinely you.
The True Self.
I’ve been MIA for a few months on my podcast as I’ve taken myself through a very, very, very powerful Rebirth and I wanted to share today the reason why Rebirth can feel very isolating, lonely and painful when you’re not used to it.
The Death & Rebirth process is a very powerful Spiritual Gift of mine - that ability to regenerate myself over and over and over again.
I have been through so many Rebirths and I wanted to share guidance for anyone who is currently in that Rebirth process and either coming out the other side of it or still in it and unsure how to come through it.
Rebirth is not something to fear as you release the Old Identity and call forth the new - it is to be embraced as a step in the direction of a Freedom your Soul longs for you to be fully you.
