22: Child Trafficking Uncensored; Protecting The Children From Exploitation
LeadHERship Podcast
08/05/20 • 52 min
“My eyes opened up to the fact that this is real, this is relevant, this is happening right in our front yards”
Children are a bundle of joy, innocent God-given gifts to every family, and the hope of our nation’s future. As of the moment, we might be safe at home with our kids, enjoying a lovely day under the sun with precious smiles from ear to ear, but are you aware that 800,000 children go missing every year and that is roughly 2000 children per day. These children are experiencing the opposite of what our children are enjoying right now. They are maltreated, sold, and harvested for organs.
Herewith us today are two good friends of mine, Alex and Jen on this awakening and alarming conversation about child trafficking and putting an end to these immoral and unlawful crimes.
In this time of crisis, we are called to be the soldiers of the weak, the voice of the voiceless and the defender of the innocent. Never be afraid to fight for the helpless, donate and light the torch of hope for millions of missing children that it might enlighten their path to their way home.
Ephesians 5:11- “Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.”

- Keep in mind that the first physical contact between a predator in his or her victim is often non-sexual and designed to desensitize the child.
- A predator might take advantage of your child’s natural curiosity about sex by telling dirty jokes showing him or her pornography by playing sexual games.
- A predator may offer to play games, buy treats for young children.

07: Work Smarter Not Harder
LeadHERship Podcast
12/04/19 • 19 min
We as women, we sometimes feel like we're supposed to do and be everything just because we are capable.
We believe the lie that if we hire out for something, we are not the wife or mother or the best that we could be because we didn't do it ourselves. Just because we're capable doesn't mean we have to do the thing that possibly really drains us or is not income producing.
If you are feeling this way, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
I felt like this probably for six years, and it took me a long time to grasp the idea that it was more beneficial and more income-producing for me to hire out to spend money for someone else to clean my home, for someone else to do my yard than for me to do it myself. So we're going to get into this. How to manage your time and work SMARTER, not harder, as we dive deep into delegating and saving us more extra time.
Highlights
- Being more productive and healthy by mastering the art of delegating
- Incredible tips on hiring a housekeeper and how you can cut the cost
- How to budget-friendly delegate all your household chores including picking up your dog po*p and do your grocery shopping
- Hiring Virtual Assistants and how it can leverage your cash flow and run your business smoothly
Hey #leadHers, you are not alone in your journey. I want you to know that it's okay to get help. It can help you not only with your stress and your mindset but in everything with your life.
If your an entrepreneur and multi-passionate leadHer, delegating is an important skill to master. Because if you don't know how to delegate, you will be stuck from where you are.
So I hope this episode is helpful for you. I really want to challenge you right now, to ask yourself "How much am I worth an hour?".
Are you having your house cleaned while you are writing your book or your blog? How are you using that time that you are delegating wisely to make you money and investing in that? So please write it down. I would love to hear what you guys have hired out for. Please leave me a message, a DM or review. Tell me. I want to hear that you've hired out for something. Whether it is house cleaning, laundry, gardening, maybe a poop service or perhaps someone from Upwork to help you for branding, social media brand, or whatever it may be. I want to know what you hired out and how it has blessed you and how much time it has freed up for you because I think that you guys are going to find that you have way more time to be creative.
I hope you guys have a great day and that this blesses you. Enjoy!
