This one right here... is special.

I sat down with one of the biggest influences on my journey — Alan Weiss, the author of Million Dollar Consulting. This is the guy who literally wrote the book on how to build a business around your expertise. I read this book 4 times.

If you're a coach, consultant, speaker or just someone trying to turn what you know into impact , you need to hear this.

We talked about everything from the truth behind Napoleon Hill to why you don’t need an office, a big team, or even a website to become a go-to authority.

Alan drops game on what it really takes to become a Million Dollar Consultant.

We get into:

  • Why overhead is the enemy of freedom
  • How to raise your fees without flinching
  • The real reason most experts stay invisible
  • How to position your value without overexplaining
  • What “scope seep” is — and how it’s costing you

This conversation was an honor for me. If you’ve ever felt like you’re great at what you do but still not getting the recognition or income you deserve, this one’s for you.

If it resonates, I’d be super grateful if you shared it with a friend or dropped a rating. That’s what helps the show grow.

Meet Jordan Wentz. I interviewed Jordan back on Oct 21, 2021. This interview feels like it was conducted almost a lifetime ago.

Although we didn’t talk too much about business strategy or entrepreneurship, I gained so much more. This conversation touched my heart in so many ways! I was able to discover the practice of healing through dancing.

Honestly, I didn’t know dancing could be so beneficial. I was not a believer. One day someone I love very much was having a challenging day. I remembered this conversation with Jordan. I started dancing with her and let me tell you, I AM A BELIEVER!! We were instantly filled with joy! Dancing is so therapeutic!

My friend Jordan is doing something phenomenal. She is healing the world by dancing and spreading positivity through movement.

She is America’s Hype Woman, Jordan Wentz, help people get out of their way, unleash their confidence, and own their power through EPIC dance parties so they can make their dreams happen and live their free-est, most bada$$ lives!

Leaders Lead with Tony Taylor - Mental Toughness w/ Dr. Rob Bell & Tony Taylor
play

02/15/22 • 51 min

A few months ago, I had the opportunity to catch up with legend Dr. Rob Bell. Dr. Bell has worked with champions at all levels. He is a Mental Toughness specialist. Dr. Rob focuses on developing and strengthening the human response to adversity. We all go through adversity, right? The true question is, what do you do after you have been smacked in the face by adversity? Ask yourself how many times have you quit when you

didn’t think you would win? Every time we quit; we make quitting that much easier. Rob says, "The catalyst of mental toughness is never giving up."

Rob has consulted some of the top athletes and executives in the country. He’s not just one of those docs that study the science, he lives it.

Rob was a college baseball star who had so much promise but then he fell off a cliff. I’m not trying to be cute here, Rob literally fell off a cliff fracturing many body parts, and then went to school the following week. He’s coined the phrase, Hinge Moments. Rob says, “every door has a hinge. When a door opens that is squeaky, we apply oil to the hinge, not the door.

Tragedies that happen in our lives are immediate hinge moments. Such as death, cancer, or significant injuries because from that moment on everything is different”. This pandemic has been a hinge moment.

Leaders Lead the Podcast was born during the pandemic. I could have While he was explaining this concept, I thought wow this is amazing! I needed this to be broken down for me!!

As I re-watch the footage I’m more intrigued because it applies to me more than ever. You do not want to miss out on this very important information. Get your pens ready! Oh yeah, we're giving away prizes to our subscribers. The prizes will include iPods,iPhones,iMac's and so much more!

We met Rodney Burris through the CEO and founder of the Black Speaker Network Brian Olds. Brian said, "you have to talk to this guy!" He is special." Brian was right.. Rodney is special.

I learned so much from him during our time together. Rodney has been through some rough times but he is using his voice to help others. We connected on so many levels. I love learning from leaders like Rodney. I’m so grateful for his mentorship. When I asked Rodney, What was the biggest obstacle he has ever overcome? He said, "I was broken. My mindset, my will, my heart... I needed to be repaired, and I didn't even know it. It took some amazing events to turn my life around... And now, I've boiled down the lessons from those experiences, and shared them in every way conceivable with all who would listen!"

Mr. Burris was raised in the inner cities of Baltimore and Jacksonville, Rodney is the son of a hardworking single mother. Because his father often battled with substance abuse, the family spent time in a homeless shelter and endured poverty and domestic abuse. Despite this adversity, Rodney still earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from JohnsHopkins University and a master’s in Nonprofit Management from Capella University.

You’re in for a real treat. Please listen to this episode and let us know how this story has impacted your life.

It Is Waiting For You | with Actress Molly Berg and Tony Taylor

This live episode was really fun.

Molly is a very talented Actress. I am truly inspired by her! I actually met her at the gym 10 years ago. She was telling fart jokes.

Molly does not take herself too seriously but she is seriously killing it! She has appeared on Queen Sugar, The Walker, Texas Ranger, The Domestic Adventures of Molly and Zoran, and many other amazing shows!

Molly said that her life is all over the place. Who’s life isn’t? Can you relate? It was really cool! Her kid came in during the show. He has the coolest Mullet! HAHAHAA!

Her heart has always been in theater and performance so while living in Houston she currently still continues to act in the local and regional market in television and film.

She also owns and operates, Donut Junkie. An elevated desert experience. Mobile Mini Donuts made on site. Upscale private events in the Houston area. Http://www.donutjunkie.com

A self-proclaimed gym rat, Molly teaches spinning at gyms in her area and prides herself on how much she can sweat. She does NOT glow.

She’s the mom of two incredible boys, Magnus and Henrik. She is married to a Blackhawk pilot in the US Army. It’s not unusual for her to play the role of a single mom while her husband is away for long training engagements or deployments.

She’s absolutely in love with pugs and has a senior pug and rescued a shelter Shepherd and lab mix.

She serves on the Board of Directors for BENG, a bridal and event networking group in Montgomery County, Texas. Also, she is on the Board of Directors for The Dog Lodge. A senior in a special-needs dog Sanctuary in Hempstead, Texas.

She has no problem laughing at burp and fart jokes, she thinks it keeps her young!

She loves a good craft beer and time in the pool with the family.

Molly is dope!!!!!!
