Episode 12: Susan Bernstein - Head AND Heart
This week we’re talking to Dr. Susan Bernstein. Once upon a time, she was a corporate consultant...a road warrior.... regularly booking 80 hours a week and putting everything she had into climbing the corporate ladder. After a car accident and a few other wakeup calls she realized that she was on the wrong path.
She went back to school to get her PhD in Somatic Psychology and now she’s an executive coach and leadership consultant who coaches business leaders to identify their emotional obstacles, working with them to develop strategies and practices so they can tap into their wisdom to fuel their careers in positive ways. Her approach is all about tapping into the mind/body connection.
