Learning Saint Lewis and 6th St Beverly Green and paradise village 1952. We are a fairly new city. These two neighborhoods were deemed historical, in 2014 Paradise Village and in 2016 Beverly Green. Mid-century modern and the architecture came from California. There is a lot of demand for these neighborhoods. They are close to downtown and were built for high end buyers; the showgirls, entertainment, casino owners and executives. Paradise Village was not more than 1100sqft and Beverly Hill was no more than 2200sqft and it was more of a custom track. You are able to update the interior but not the exterior.
