With over 15 years of experience in sleep medicine, Andrew Holmes is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist and authority on sleep health. He’s the founder of Sleep Efficiency located in Ottawa, Andrew is a sleep educator and has presented many talks on sleep hygiene, fatigue impairment, complex sleep disorders, and best sleep practices. He is a sleep consultant for the Ottawa Senators Hockey Organization. In addition, he has been featured on CBC’s The National and routinely appears as a sleep subject matter expert on numerous news and media networks.
Andrew speaks about his start in the sleep business. Also, why sleep affects your health so much and how much do you really need? What the Circadian rhythm is all about too. Why we need machines to address sleep apnea and that Sleep Efficiency has a testing kit they can send you.

About Eric Sonego:
Eric is the principal owner of ESPG Accounting. For over 25 years he has headed a firm specializing in accounting. tax advice and management consulting to businesses and individuals in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. Eric is fluent in three languages Spanish, French and English. He has worked with a variety of business & entrepreneurial organizations, assisting them in instituting or expanding in their management practices. My particular skills are in helping both private and public organizations develop their ideas and transform them into viable economic enterprises. My abilities and skills have not just been targeted to traditional entrepreneurs, but have also been used to give the indigenous community and non-profit groups the training and assistance needed to develop their enterprises.
