Ray is also a partner in Splash Bros Xpress Car Wash, CEO of Living WTR Operations, and a real estate investor.
With over 35 years of experience, Ray has worked globally, including in Mexico, Belize, and South Africa. He specializes in Leadership Development, Team Building, and Personal Development.
Ray and his wife Sonya have been married for 37 years and have two daughters, Katelynn and Raegan, and two grandchildren, Greyson and Amaya. Ray holds degrees from Sunset School of Preaching and Lubbock Christian University. He has owned businesses in various sectors and worked with churches in Texas and New Mexico. Ray also taught at Sunset International Bible Institute and Lubbock Christian University.
In his free time, Ray enjoys running, Jeeping, riding four-wheelers, and hiking.
