*There were some technical difficulties during the first 7 minutes of this episode with Ben's mic. We have cut down the dead space from when it wasn't working but left Tom and PollyAnna's audio.*

Episode 65 is a replay of our Facebook Live from May 7th with PollyAnna talking intimacy in quarantine. She gives some great tips for singles to spark new flames and couples to keep that flame burning hot while dealing with the quarantine from COVID19.

Throughout the episode we talk about apps that can be used, sexting, chick flicks, dick flicks, and delve more into relationships as a whole. We also discuss some serious topics along the way including guys fear of rejection due to penis size and the way that women are sexualized on some of the apps.

We also provide an update on our European ambassador, Bjørn, and his recent travels from Antarctica.

In this episode, Tom and Ben deviate from normal show parameters and do a whole episode on a "Story You May Have Missed"

We discuss at length a British article published in October 2020 in Nursing Times [online]. The article is titled "Learning from the past? Spanish influenza and the lessons for Covid-19" Written by Olivia Gordon, Amanda Gwinnup, and Christine Hallett.

We breakdown the article and examine the similarities between the Spanish Flu and COVID-19 and sadly some of the lessons we thought we would have learned but apparently haven't.

Lastly, we talk at length about Mental Health is Health. We emplore you, if you need help mentally please reach out. And if you or someone you know is contemplating suicide, the national hotline in the US is 9-8-8.

*Trigger Warning* In this episode, we discuss suicide. If you or someone you know is contemplating suicide, reach out to your primary provider, psych provider, or the suicide hotline at 1-800-273-8255.

In this episode, we welcome Psych NP, Eric, back to the show as we medically review the movie "It's A Wonderful Life". We focus on the mental health aspects of this movie and discuss some of the trauma, depression, and suicidal ideations throughout the film.

At the end of the episode, we have a little fun and play in the mental health sandbox, hypothesizing if George could have been delusional or psychotic and hallucinating his encounter with Clarence. All that was missing was an M. Night Shyamalan ending.

The boys focus in-depth on the boys in this episode looking at vasectomies. They examine the prep, procedure, post-op, and possible complications of a vasectomy. They also discuss the stigma of vasectomies as well as the motility studies that have to be done afterwards. Both guys have now had a vasectomy with Ben's being years ago and Tom's being about 72 hours ago. There's also some new staff members on the show as the guys have hired a news desk and field reporters... while this is their first appearance we suspect it won't be their last.

In the "Story You May Have Missed", the guys look at an interesting study examining memory improvement.

In this special episode, Ben & Tom welcome Joshua Strickland to the show to discuss how going viral for a nurse may not be the best thing. Josh was doxxed by someone on social media and ultimately fired from his position because of it.

We originally heard the story on ZDoggMD and Josh was gracious enough to join us for this episode in his own words. We also discuss some tips to prevent you getting doxxed and nurse lateral violence as well as verbal abuse and moral injury from patients.

We switched the music up this week because not only is Josh a military veteran, registered nurse, but he's also a musician with his band, The Bayou Bandits. So enjoy some music for Josh and his band.
