I'm celebrating my birthday this month, and I'd love for you to join me as I reflect on how much the hiring world has changed. Throughout my career, I've witnessed how human resources has changed, evolved, and created new opportunities to focus on various aspects of the employee and candidate experience.

In this episode, I explore how much has changed in my career from the "personnel department," "staffing department," "recruitment department," and "talent acquisition department." All of these terms have one thing in common: they all aim to hire and fill a position. Otherwise, each role has some additional complexities, and I'll only scratch the surface of each of these roles in this episode.
