On August 11, 2014, the police in Hillsborough County, Florida received an alarming 911 call. A local handyman named Raul Ortiz had been jumped and attacked by 3 men. Raul was rushed to the hospital and passed away from his injuries 2 days later. The police soon learned that Raul had been targeted by a local family, and that it hadn't been the first time he had been attacked by them.
