Meet Michael Malloy, a man with nine lives who unwittingly avoided murder time after time by a group of dummies that were so bad at being criminals even the police didn't believe the story when the members of the gang told them what happened. A bar owner and his cronies spent months trying to kill one of the regular patrons of this slum to collect a life insurance policy they'd taken out on him. But in what can only be described as a perpetual episode of Looney Tunes, they would lay trap after trap only to have Michael avoid it, happily unaware his "friends" were trying to off him for cash.
