'Listen to them, the children of the night'.
This episode: HALLOWEEN SPECIAL!
In this spooktactular edition of what’s been called “the scariest podcast ever recorded” by bull**** ‘medium’ Derek Acorah (not really; just like him, we’re making it all up), Jeremy adopts a new non de plume for his Rock and Roll Name and accidentally insults the state of Texas; Vince solves a centuries old murder case by identifying pretentious middle-class totty actor Martin Shaw as Jack the Ripper, and confesses he’s never been to Wigan (Vince, that is: not sure about Martin Shaw – perhaps he can let us know in the comments section); and both friends fondly reminisce about their school days at a mediocre Comprehensive when they bossed the second-rate teaching staff into letting them write and film a terrible video adaptation of Dracula, which nonetheless was considerably better than the one made by Francis Ford Coppola fifteen years later.
The artists/bands rated and/or discussed are Warren Zevon, R Dean Taylor, Talking Heads, Michael Jackson, and Classics IV.

Episode 4: The Clive Dunn of Glam Rock (August 24th 2017)
'You Wouldn't Like Us When We're Angry'
This episode: 1970’s SPECIAL!
As Operation Yewtree closes in on The Wombles of Wimbledon Common, Jeremy and Vince confidently (if unwisely) don flared trousers, platform heels, pseudo-silk kimonos and glitter face paint in celebration of “the decade of lurid wallpaper, silly hairstyles and burly men warming their hands around braziers,” to quote lurid and burly historian Dominic Sandbrook.
Jeremy wonders if TV’s Dr David Banner (aka The Incredible Hulk) has the worst employment history of any medical professional in history; Vince unpicks a dastardly scheme by ‘Scrumpy ‘n Western’ cider-drinking yokel-funsters The Wurzles to thwart a proposal by a taskforce from the Environmental Agency and North Wiltshire County Council to tackle traffic congestion in Swindon Town; and both men express sadness and dismay at the unwaveringly tatty and unappealing kitsch that forms the vast majority of Elvis merchandising.
The artists/bands rated and/or discussed are David Essex, Jeff Wayne, The Wurzles, The Stranglers, Marc Bolan and T-Rex, Blondie, and Elvis Presley.

'Non scientes quod ambitiosam (Never knowingly pretentious)'
This episode:
As we discover just how many times Critically Acclaimed UK PlaywrightTM Vince can easily be irked, Jeremy is turned into a dynamic pose-able action figure with eagle eyes and grip hands (just in time for the Christmas toy market); both men clash swords over the age-old debate of art vs commercialism, but both are in firm accord that romantic advances towards complete strangers should not involve needlessly over-complicated plumbing/messaging arrangements, and that Cockney Rhyming Slang is incomprehensible gibberish.
The artists/bands rated and/or discussed are The Shadows, R.E.M, Radiohead, Mike + The Mechanics, and Tony Orlando and Dawn.
