Next, it's on to Hot Takes where Atoya and Tia share their thoughts on the NFL Overtime rules...specifically during the playoffs. This topic of course comes after the Buffalo Bills versus the Kansas City Chiefs game. Now, in case you missed it, the last 2 minutes of the game was a complete shootout! Both teams scored a combined 24 points during that period alone, sending the game into overtime. KC won the coin toss, receiving the only possession of OT and won the game. Afterwards, fans expressed their desire to have the rules changed. Atoya and Tia weigh in with their thoughts.

Finally, the ladies welcome entrepreneur and chair of this year’s Off the Field Women’s Association Fashion Show, Sherice Brown! The wife of NFL veteran wide receiver and National Football Hall of Famer Tim Brown, Sherice is a co-founder of the OTF organization, and she chats with the ladies about the upcoming show taking place during Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles. The event benefits the Hollyrod Foundation and the Ladylike Foundation. Sherice also discusses how she started her fitness company She’ Browns Fitness and Wellness, her passion for leading women through the Bible Study Fellowship International program, challenges of being empty nesters and much more!

However, after the book was released, Alexa claims that Jamie’s portrayal of their feud in the book was a complete lie. Atoya and Tia ask the question, should you give people a heads up if they are included in your book and give them a chance to weigh in?

Finally, the ladies are joined by producer Scott Riggs as they reflect on the changes they made for Season 3 of the insideLINES podcast. The three share their thoughts on if Tom will really retire, what Giselle will do if he does NOT hang up his cleats, and if Tom Brady is truly the GOAT!

Finally, the ladies welcome journalist and TV host Cari Champion to the show! A former ESPN Sports Center and First Take anchor, Cari chats with the ladies about how she got her start in journalism and co-hosting the shows Stick to Sports with her good friend Jemele Hill and her podcast Naked with Cari Champion. She shares why she started her foundation, Brown Girls Dream, a program created as an informal support system for high potential young women of color. Cari also discusses the importance of depicting black stories more accurately, why she left ESPN, and much more!
