Treading Water is a pop-punk/emo trio originally from Illinois, but currently residing in Nashville, Tennessee. They phoned in to the podcast to review their 2019 EP "Made of Something" with me for this edition of indie-vidually. I first heard of these guys through Maewyn, another band I've featured a few times on this podcast, and who has toured with Treading Water. On guitar and vocals is Michael Seyfert, bass guitar and vocals Blake Gerlock, and on drums Nate Burgett.

Phlecia and Josh Sullivan, the husband and wife duo, phoned in to the podcast as they discussed the life of a touring band while in quarantine for the Covid-19 pandemic, recording their new album "Wastelands," live streams from home, and current nerdy things they are partaking in to ease their boredom.
