The story affirms that if you love something and you let it go that it will come back to you even if that's 40 years later!
This week Chat not only shares a ghost story but a true crime story as well! Set in the Adirondacks, Chat tells the tragic story of Grace Brown and her dumb lover, Chester Gillette. You'll learn about their love story, the scandal, the crime, the trial, and of course the hauntings associated with her love affair.
Is the inexplicable sadness people feel when at the edge of Big Moose Lake Grace's way of telling us she's still sad? Is she strolling the edge of the lake looking for Chester? Or is she pissed that the movie made about her makes her out to be a fool and she's here to tell her side of the story?

This week on Signs, Synchronicities, and Spectral Sightings Chat's kitchen ghosts are at it again. This time, capturing the attention of her youngest child. You'll hear about the dragging noises coming from the kitchen (cool, cool, cool) and a glimpse of what it is like to watch a scary movie with Melly. Grab yourself a pillow, or two or five.
This week the gals share part two of shadow work. Chat discusses the importance of recognition of our darker sides, the importance of integration of the dark and light together (we're only human, people!), and types of shadow work that allow for integration of the dark and healing.
Chat shares the importance of getting into action to really start your shadow work and some resources to get you started. Melly shares important reminders to be gentle with yourself as you embark on your shadow work journey, that we're humans and mistakes will be made, to show yourself some compassion, and that through shadow work, the desire to flip people off will lessen!
