Theresa welcomes guests Sarah Bisceglie founder of SEB Visions and Jeanne Brooks founder of Virago Futures for a lively show about anger, energy, healing, design thinking and truth telling. Sarah's work can be summed up as striving to make the world a better place by scaling great ideas. As a trained artist and healer, she integrates her many talents and passions into her visioning work to build mission driven organizations. Jeanne Brooks describes herself as an earth healer, energy worker, pleasure activist and community organizer who works in a heart-centered way to shift the systems of oppression and misogyny that exist within the "distressed patriarchal" world we currently live in. The two are collaborating on Truth Telling Playshops intended to help us live more fully in our authentic selves. We talk about the power and importance of feeling and seeing our anger (particularly as women), the need for greater safety and appreciation in our society, self care and speaking of...why social media is bad for all of us (maybe that's a Theresa characterization). It was hard to slow the conversation down. Buckle up and enjoy the ride!
