In upcoming episodes I'm going to be building on ideas of embodiment, losing people but/because of gaining self-love, and spiritual awakening. Today's episode lays the groundwork for these themes. I discuss some of my developments in:
- Boundaries with self
- Processing resentment through body work and dreams
- Dream interpretation
- Friendship breakups and self respect
- Proprioception and ignoring the body’s cues

In a friendship dilemma? Consider the following:
- Think of the version of you who made this friend, are they someone you would consider trustworthy now? Did they hold standards and boundaries in a way that are useful to you now?
- This friend that you are unsure about, are they respectful or disrespectful?
- Are they comfortable with conflict? Do they leave room for disagreement?
- Are you inspired by them to be a more you version of yourself? What does their presence encourage or discourage in you?
- Are your best traits amplified by them or are your worst traits amplified by them or something in between?
- Who benefits the most from this relationship? Is it equally beneficial?
- What about this friendship lights you up? What about it makes you uncomfortable and uneasy?
- Have you tried setting a boundary and how did they respond?
