Everything that could've went wrong with the new start times for JCPS schools went wrong on the very first day of school! Children were still on the school bus at 10pm and this is unacceptable. Per request, I share my thoughts on JCPS deciding too have nine different start times and if the parents and students were really thought about during this decision.
