Welcome to Season 2 - The refrigerator and I, how my podcast was born.
I thought I would start with one of my guest interviews. I had the honor of sharing my experience on the following podcasts: Law Enforcement Today podcast, What Was That Like podcast, Kill and Tell podcast and Causepods. In this episode, you will hear my half hour episode on Causepods.
"CausePods" is a podcast created to raise awareness for the people who use Podcasts to better their community, society, and the world. The host of "CausePods", Mathew Passy, interviewed me in October. In the episode I share a quick version of my story followed by a Q& A.
Did I ever see the other survivors again? Was the robber caught? How did I deal with knowing the robber had my cell phone, wallet, and ID with my current address? I lived alone, in what ways did this change my behaviors? What is it like sitting in front of a jury?
How did I learn how to podcast? Don't be afraid of the process, believe in yourself!
Local networking, business cards, contents, apps. What app blocked me and my messaging?
"Law enforcement" shouldn't be politicized. Policing shouldn't be political.

Asia’s Orchestrated Life: Born into a Cult - Part 2

Asia wasn’t just born—she was designed for a purpose. Raised in the LDS/Mormon church, her life was carefully orchestrated within a world of drug abuse, satanic rituals, and unimaginable trauma. At 36, therapy unlocked repressed memories—horrific truths of her induction into an underground cult at age five.

By 21, her marriage was a setup. When she tried to break the engagement, her father’s brutal punishment left her no choice but to comply. In this episode, Asia reveals the chilling realities of her past, how the church recruits outsiders, her journey to forgiveness, and where she stands with God today.

Taylor is a wife, mom, and content creator who is also a childhood sexual abuse survivor. She uses her social media platform to share her day-to-day life and to inspire women around the world to overcome, persevere, and live their best lives.
This is Taylor 's story...
Taylor was sexually abused by her grandfather from a very young age. She remembers being groomed from around age three, and the abuse continued until she was twelve. When she was around seven or eight, she realized that something wasn't right and tried to push back, but her grandpa didn't stop. The abuse continued until she was twelve and she found out that there were other victims in her family. Once she hit puberty, the abuse stopped, but she suffered from mental health issues, substance abuse, and self-harm. She is now an advocate for other survivors and is working on healing herself.

"I will not tolerate anything less than being successful. I will not tolerate anybody just trying to take me down anymore. I will not tolerate anyone trying to say, Christine B is this or Christine B is that. No. I'm at a point in my life right now if you're not calling me to build me up, if you can't be bothered with me, then just stay out of my life."

Christine B's journey is a powerful testament to resilience and healing. After experiencing a traumatic assault at a high school party, she felt isolated, embarrassed, and unable to speak about it due to her family’s silence. But Christine found her escape in music, using it as a lifeline to push forward and build a future beyond her pain.

Through domestic violence, loss, and social media bullying, she persevered, ultimately turning her trauma into a story of empowerment. As a professional recording artist, producer, and actress, Christine now uses her voice to advocate for survivors, honor the memory of her lost child, and help others heal. In this episode, she shares her journey of self-discovery, resilience, and the power of transforming pain into purpose.
