062: How to Deal with Debt During a Crisis w/ Anthony O'Neal
04/29/20 • 46 min
At age 19, Anthony was deep in debt, homeless, sleeping in the back of his car. After a life-changing encounter, he turned his life around and eventually became the pastor of One Way Youth Ministries at The Bethel Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. There he assisted in securing some of the biggest names in the industry, including Kirk Franklin and Bishop T.D. Jakes’ Firehouse Youth Ministry.
Since 2003, Anthony has helped hundreds of thousands of students make smart decisions with their money, relationships, and education. He now works with Ramsey Solutions as a personality, frequently speaking at schools, churches, and events across the country, as he spreads the message of financial responsibility.
I am SO excited to have Anthony on the show today, and I think his words are going to come at the perfect time for many of you. We dive into what the financial landscape looks like in a world experiencing a pandemic, and where you should be putting your dollars until this is all over. You’re definitely going to want to have a notebook ready for this one!

Wouldn't it be nice to start a business with customers already waiting on your product? How great would it be to publish your website and have an audience ready to comb through it? Well that's exactly what this week’s guest did!
Nataleh Howard was able to take a loyal YouTube following and pivot it into a five-figure a month online business. On this week's episode she talks to us about how she took a chance and left her teaching career behind in order to become the master of her own destiny. We talk about so many things from target audiences, to business growth and even how to pay yourself as a sole proprietor.
Nataleh's intelligent yet practical approach to business helped her find success quickly. I hope you have your pen ready because there is a ton of great information in this episode.

063: How to Create Generational Wealth via Real Estate & Candy Vending w/Brandi Hayes
This week in the guest chair, we have Brandi Hayes. Brandi is a real Estate Investor/ Landlord in New Jersey; She has been working in the banking industry for over the past 5 years. She has an 11 year old son Nehemiah who she introduced to entrepreneurship when he was just 9 years old. She taught him and herself about bulk candy vending. He currently has 10 machines out working for him bringing in passive income.
I’m SO excited for this week’s episode with Brandi. I know it’s longer than usual but that’s because it was SO good! I don’t say this that often but this was one of my favorite interviews. You should take notes for this but I just want you to listen. Like you just need to pay attention and then maybe listen again to take notes haha. In the first part we talk about real estate but the second part Brandi talks about how she introduced her son to entrepreneurship and I don’t even have kids yet but I’m definitely going to listen to this episode again when I have them! This episode is amazing!
Tag me and Brandi on social media and let us know your top 3 takeaways from this episode.
