Blockchain promises to be indispensable to Human Resources practices like recruitment, payroll, and employee data. Indeed, Blockchain’s appeal is a route for permissioned parties to confirm, validate and authenticate the exchange of data through its distributed ledger. Blockchain encrypts data and validates transactions through consensus, distributing an unchanging copy of exchanges to each entity that has a copy of the ledger.
