Injuries and preventing them!

No one wants to talk about this but just like every other sport, it is a thing. It can happen. And more and more people are playing pickleball so naturally, injury will be and is on the rise as well.

Most people think pickleball is a low-impact sport - not too much running, not like lifting weights, playing rugby or football.....but still - strains, shoulders, elbows, knees, ankle injuries abound.
Pickleball is full of quick lateral movements, sudden stops, reaching up quickly for that overhead slam. Briar and Danielle talk about the kinds of injuries pickleballers get and what you can do to prevent them.
