How To Cope - with Becky Howard + Lucy Clyde

Feeling worried and stressed about our uncertain future, now that we're living through a global pandemic?

Yep, us too. Because does ANYONE know what our world will look like in six weeks' time? Let alone six months' time? No matter what those in charge claim, no-one really knows what's coming after Covid-19.

When the only thing we can be confidently certain about is what we're eating next, uncertainty is everywhere. And when us humans have too much uncertainty to face, we start to fill this void with our own projections - which can be pretty wild.

In this episode, Becky Howard and psychologist Lucy Clyde explore the destabilising nature of uncertainty that the coronavirus pandemic has landed on us all. Why is it so hard for us to cope with? Why do some of us decide that a military coup is the next logical step? And what is there that we can actually be hopeful about?
