Hope is a powerful emotion. But how can we feel hopeful, when often the pandemic leaves us feeling pretty hopeless? Whether that's feeling down about our future, the economy, our family, or even our likelihood of hugging friends in the next few months, it's easy to be overwhelmed by negative feelings.
But just like the legendary late George Michael, we've gotta have faith. In this episode, writer Becky Howard and psychotherapist Lucy Clyde look into just how we can do this - remembering that feelings AREN'T facts (who knew?) and that really, the worst-case scenarios very rarely happen.
Also - listen in for a fun reminisce down memory lane of another unpopular virus - our good old friend norovirus.
