HEAR Ep43 - What Being Observant Means
Horsea Embraces the Anxious Ride - HEAR Podcast04/04/24 • 15 min
Would you consider yourself an observant individual? What do you think being observant means? Leave a comment because I want to know! In this episode, I provide some examples from my experience where my overly observant self has done me both harm and good. The main importance is how one harnesses the power of observance because combined with ADHD and RSD, if not properly handled, it can cause for negative ruminating thoughts in your head. No one likes that!
What up! Welcome to HEAR, Horsea Embraces the Anxious Ride, and I am your host Horace. Experiencing anxiety? Perhaps unclear about your personal goals, or feeling lost amidst the world’s animosity. You’re not alone. Being born Asian American, from my experience with ADHD, anxiety, and feeling lost from time to time, I hope to provide you solace in this day and age, a safe space, and share optimism. I’m here to HEAR...let’s embrace the anxious ride together.
