There is one unsolved murder that was so gruesome and memorable that even though it happened in 1947 - it is still talked about today. It is still a topic of intrigue, and is the subject of books, tv shows, and movies. This death of a beautiful 22 year old woman is often said to be one of the most famous unsolved cases in American history.
A heads up my dear listeners...today will will be talking about murder and graphic crime scenes. Listener discretion is advised.

This crime and how the victim was treated was absolutely horrible. I wish that someday she finds the justice she deserves.
