Jools Sampson created her retreat company, Reclaim Your Self Retreats, (@reclaimyourself) in 2005 and she has been designing and leading global retreats ever since. She is an industry pioneer with a passion for finding locations where retreats don’t usually happen and building innovative retreats from scratch.

With a background in international development and time spent living and working in East Africa, she is a passionate advocate for positive impact tourism. Reclaim Yourself specialises in transformational trips in remote paradise locations. Jools is also the Co-Founder of Retreat Creators, sharing her experience and wisdom with the retreat leaders of tomorrow.
