In the two short years that Wassim (Waz) Ashayer (@wazashayer) has officially worked in the fitness industry his achievements are extensive. Co-Founder of boutique fitness business Raise LDN, Group Fitness Manager for global fitness brand Equinox, Trainer for leading on-demand fitness app FIIT, and a Brand Ambassador for Gymshark, to name but a few.

A native of Botswana and now London-based, Doug Robson (@thedownwarddoug) qualified as a stuntman 7 years ago after training extensively in martial arts, gymnastics and platform diving.

Since then he has doubled high-profile actors such as Channing Tatum, Colin Firth and Luke Evans and built an extensive list of credits, including award-winning productions Mission Impossible, The Avengers, Star Wars and Game of Thrones, among others.

Doug first took up yoga as a form of therapy after suffering a back injury. He has since developed a dedicated practice and in 2017 trained as a yoga instructor and began teaching. Mixing martial arts and yoga he has come up with a yoga flow that is as unique as his background.
